Our client is one of the biggest contractor in Sarawak and through this project, we are delivering the full A-Z BIM services including BIM Execution Plan Authoring, Digital and Information Modelling up to LOD 500, Common Data Collaboration, Clash Detections and Analysis, as well as 4D simulations. This project is expected to be completed in March 2025.

Our client, Builtech Project Management Sdn Bhd (BPM) is a company specializes in construction and project management and a prominent contractor based in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. We were hired to assist the contractor for this hospital project and were given the scope of BIM Modelling up to LOD 350 (Construction Stage) and BIM coordination. Within 6 months - we have completed the LOD 350 model based on the consultant drawings and shop drawings by NSC.
